Can a Marriage Proposal Be Given to a Man from the Masʿūdī Group?

Is it permissible to give a marriage proposal to a man from Jamāʿat al-Muslimīn (Masʿūdī Group)?
❀ Answer
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd!
If the man is a true believer and Muslim, then it is permissible to give him a marriage proposal.
