Ruling on Changing Ihram

Fatwa by: Former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Shaykh Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him)

Question:

Can the Ihram garment be changed for the purpose of washing?

Answer:

There is no harm in washing the Ihram garment, nor is there any harm in changing it and wearing a new or washed Ihram.
