Ruling on Performing Hajj Again After Returning Home from Hajj al-Tamattuʿ

If a person performs Hajj al-Tamattuʿ, then returns to his country, and later sets out again for Hajj — will he be considered a performer of Hajj al-Ifrād?
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd...
Yes, if a person performs Hajj al-Tamattuʿ, returns to his homeland, and then sets out again from his country to perform Hajj, he will be considered a Mufrid (performer of Hajj al-Ifrād).
◈ Returning to one’s family after performing ʿUmrah creates a clear separation (inqiṭāʿ) between the ʿUmrah and the subsequent Hajj.
◈ When the person sets out again from his home country for Hajj, it is regarded as a new and independent journey for Hajj.
◈ This second Hajj will be counted as Hajj al-Ifrād.
◈ In this case, no sacrificial animal (qurbānī) will be obligatory.
If a person intentionally follows this method as a ḥīlah (legal trick) to avoid giving the sacrificial animal, then:
◈ The obligation of sacrifice will not be waived.
◈ Legal duties cannot be removed through tricks or technical loopholes.
◈ Just as a forbidden act cannot become permissible through ḥīlah, the obligation of qurbānī remains intact in such a scenario.
