Key Points Derived from the Hadith

Urinating in standing water is strictly prohibited, whether the water quantity is less than two qullahs (227 kg) or more. If the water quantity is less, it becomes impure (najis), and if more, it may still alter the water’s purity and become harmful.
Polluting clean standing water with filth is forbidden. This includes urination and performing ghusl (ritual bath) for janabah directly in it.
A person who becomes impure due to nocturnal emission (wet dream) or marital relations must perform ghusl, and prayer is prohibited while in a state of impurity.
Instead of bathing directly in standing water, one should scoop the water out and use it separately.
