This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Hussain bin Mubarak Al-Mawsili's Arabic book Al-Awamer wal-Nawahi, which has been translated into Urdu by Muhammad Sarwar Gohar Sahib under the title Ahkamat o Mamnoaat.
① It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) heard the noise of a dispute near the door of his chamber, so he came to them and said:
إنما أنا بشر وإنما يأتيني الخصم فلعل بعضكم أن يكون أبلغ من بعض فأحسب أنه صادق فأقضي له بذلك فمن قضيت له بحق مسلم فإنما هي قطعة من النار فليحملها أو يدرها
"I am also a human being; when a dispute comes to me, it is possible that one of you may speak more eloquently than the other, and I may believe him and judge in his favor. If I give someone the right of a Muslim, then he is a piece of fire; he may take it or leave it."

② It is also narrated from Sayyida Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
إنما أنا بشر وإنكم تختصمون إلى ولعل بعضكم أن يكون ألحن بحجته من بعض فأقضي نحو ما أسمع، فمن قضيت له بحق أخيه فإنما أقطع له قطعة من النار
"I am a human being, and you bring your disputes to me. It is possible that one of you is more aware of every aspect of his argument than the other, and I judge according to what I hear. So if I give someone the right of his brother, I am cutting a piece of fire for myself."

③ It is narrated from Sayyidina Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
كفى بك إثما أن لا تزال مخاصما
"It is enough sin for you that you keep disputing."
Reference: Tirmidhi, Book of Righteousness and Maintaining Ties 1994, Imam Tirmidhi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This hadith is rare.
④ Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
إن أبغض الرجال إلى الله الألد الخصم
"The most quarrelsome person is the most disliked by Allah."

And the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
من خاصم فى باطل وهو يعلمه لم يزل فى سخط الله حتى ينزع
"Whoever deliberately quarrels unjustly remains in the displeasure of Allah until he separates from it."
① Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin Aas رضي الله عنهما narrates, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
أربع من كن فيه كان منافقا خالصا، ومن كانت فيه خصلة منهن كانت فيه خصلة من النفاق حتى يدعها: إذا اؤتمن خان، وإذا حدث كذب، وإذا عاهد غدر، وإذا خاصم فجر
"Whoever has four characteristics is a complete hypocrite, and whoever has one of these characteristics has a characteristic of hypocrisy until he abandons it. When entrusted with a trust, he betrays it; when he speaks, he lies; when he makes a covenant, he breaks it; and when he quarrels or disputes, he resorts to foul language."

② Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates from the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم:
أن الله عز وجل يقول: أنا ثالث الشريكين ما لم يخن أحدهما صاحبه، فإذا خانه خرجت من بينهما
"Allah the Exalted says: I am the third partner in two partners as long as one of them does not betray the other. When he betrays him, I depart from them."

③ Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه also narrates, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
أد الأمانة إلى من اؤتمنك، ولا تخن من خانك
"Whoever entrusts you with a trust, return the trust to him, and whoever betrays you, do not betray him."

① Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
آية المنافق ثلاث، وإن صام وصلى وزعم أنه مسلم: إذا حدث كذب، وإذا وعد أخلف، وإذا اؤتمن خان
"There are three signs of a hypocrite, even if he fasts, prays, and considers himself a Muslim: when he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise, he breaks it; and when he is entrusted with something, he betrays that trust."
Reference: Bukhari, Book of Testimonies 2682. Imam Bukhari (RA) did not mention the words "prays, fasts, and considers himself a Muslim," Muslim, Book of Faith 59/109, the words of the hadith are from Sahih Muslim.
② Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
لا تمار أخاك ولا تمازحه ولا تعده موعدة فتخلفه
"Do not quarrel with your brother, nor joke with him, nor make a promise and then break it."

① It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir and Abu Talhah, may Allah be pleased with them, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
ما من امرئ مسلم يخذل امرأ مسلما فى موضع تنتهك فيه حرمته وينتقص فيه من عرضه إلا خذله الله فى موطن يحب فيه نصرته، وما من امرئ مسلم ينصر مسلما فى موضع ينتقص فيه من عرضه وينتهك فيه من حرمته إلا نصره الله فى موطن يحب فيه نصرته
"If a Muslim leaves another Muslim helpless at a time when he is being dishonored and humiliated, then Allah will leave that person helpless at a time when he wishes to be helped. And if a Muslim helps another Muslim at a time when he is being dishonored and humiliated, then Allah will help him at a time when he wishes to be helped."
