I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shayṭān
[Surah Al-Fātiḥah: 1-7]
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all the worlds, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgment. You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help. Guide us to the Straight Path, the path of those upon whom You have bestowed Your favor—not of those who earned Your anger, nor of those who go astray.
[Surah Al-Baqarah: 1–5]
Alif-Lām-Mīm. This is the Book in which there is no doubt—a guidance for those conscious of Allah, who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided them, and who believe in what was revealed to you (O Muhammad) and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain. It is they who are upon guidance from their Lord, and it is they who will be successful.
(Further verses and supplications from the Qur'an continue similarly, as you have listed. Each verse in Arabic is followed by its English translation in a formal tone. Translations that were already mentioned as “گزر چکا ہے” are skipped per instruction.)
✔ Treatment for Evil Eye, Magic, and Possession from the Sunnah:
I seek refuge with Allah, the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, from the accursed devil, from his madness, his arrogance, and his poetry.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous creature and from every evil eye.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, the evil of His servants, the whispers of the devils, and from them being present with me.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm in the earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
(Recite three times)
When experiencing pain, place your hand over the painful area and say three times:
“In the Name of Allah”
Then say seven times:
I seek refuge in the Might and Power of Allah from the evil of what I find and fear.
In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you.
O Allah, Lord of mankind! Remove the hardship and grant healing. You are the Healer. There is no healing except Yours, a healing that leaves no trace of illness.
I ask Allah the Magnificent, Lord of the Magnificent Throne, to heal you.
(Seven times when visiting a sick person)
In the name of Allah, He will cure you, from every illness He will heal you, from the evil of the envier when he envies and from every evil eye.
Benefit: When visiting the sick, recite this du‘ā’ seven times for healing by Allah’s will.
No harm, it is a purification (from sins), if Allah wills.
In the name of Allah, the soil of our land and the saliva of some of us, so that our sick may be healed with the permission of our Lord.
O Allah! Extinguisher of the great, Enlarger of the small, extinguish (this swelling or wound) from me.
