If a man forces his wife into prostitution, does the nikāḥ (marriage contract) still remain valid?
➤ The earnings from fornication are ḥarām (forbidden) and have been severely condemned in Islam.
➤ However, such sinful behavior does not invalidate the nikāḥ.
➤ Such a man is regarded as a diyyūth — a person who has no protective jealousy over his womenfolk.
Translation:
Three types of people will not enter Paradise, nor will Allah look at them on the Day of Resurrection:
① The one who is disobedient to his parents,
② A woman who imitates men,
③ And a diyyūth (a man who has no jealousy over his women).

Fatḥ al-Bārī: 4/426
➤ Forcing one’s wife into prostitution is a major sin and renders the man a diyyūth, one of the most despised individuals in Islam.
➤ The marriage remains valid, but the act is immoral, criminal, and spiritually destructive.
➤ Zinā (fornication) earnings are completely forbidden, and participating in or profiting from such sin is a cause of Divine wrath.
➤ Such a person faces severe punishment in the Hereafter unless sincere repentance is made.
