Question
What do the scholars of Islam say regarding this issue: can two cousin women remain married to the same man or not?
✔ Answer
Alḥamdulillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā Baʿd!
It should be understood that if no Sharʿī impediment exists, then two cousin women may be married to one man. Keeping them both in marriage at the same time is permissible according to the Sharīʿah.
Hadhā mā ʿindī, wallāhu aʿlam bis-ṣawāb.
