Answer
Yes, indeed.
It is narrated from the noble wife of the Prophet ﷺ, Sayyidah Aisha رضي الله عنها, that one night the Prophet ﷺ left her presence. She became slightly jealous and when he returned, noticing her state, he asked:
"Aisha, did your devil take hold of you?"
She replied, "O Messenger of Allah, do I have a devil with me?"
He ﷺ responded, "Yes."
She asked, "Does every person have a devil with them?"
He ﷺ replied, "Yes."
She then asked, "Even you, O Messenger of Allah?"
He ﷺ said, "Yes, but my Lord has helped me against him, so he has submitted and does not command me except with what is good."
Conclusion
Every human being has a companion from the devils (Qareen), including the Prophets. However, in the case of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his Qareen was subdued by divine aid and became obedient.
