✔ There is no evidence in the Sharīʿah to establish that rainwater possesses healing properties when given with the specific intention of cure.
✔ Neither the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ nor the practices of the Ṣaḥābah رضي الله عنهم support the idea that rainwater was collected and given for healing purposes.
