❀ The Answer
Alhamdulillah, was-salatu was-salamu ‘ala Rasoolillah, amma ba‘d!In Sahih Muslim, Kitab al-Iman, Ahadith on the Descent of ‘Isa (عليه السلام), there is a narration where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ himself used the phrase “صلى الله عليه وسلم” regarding Prophet ‘Isa (عليه السلام).
Likewise, in Sahih al-Bukhari, as well as in the works of Imam al-Nawawi and other hadith scholars, the expression “صلى الله عليه وسلم” has also been used for other Prophets.
