Hadith 14: Fasting in Ramadan without performing Ghusl after Janabat

Parvez narrated a hadith from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: I confidently state that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would wake up in a state of Janabat due to intercourse without nocturnal emission and then fast. Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) also confirmed this. Then Abu Ja'far narrated that I asked Abu Abdullah if a person deliberately breaks his fast by eating and drinking, will he pay expiation like the one who commits intercourse? He said: No, do you not see that these words are clearly present in the hadith:
لم يقض عنه صيام الدهر
"Even a lifetime of fasting cannot make up for it."

Answer:
The first hadith is authentic. Here, two narrations have been combined. The deniers feel some objection to it, which they have also raised. If a person is required to perform the ghusl of janabah but due to lack of time eats suhoor first and then fasts, and performs ghusl later, there is no harm in this.
Furthermore, there is a natural difference between breaking the fast due to intercourse and breaking the fast by eating or drinking. A person can sometimes be overwhelmed by desire, and for that, giving kaffarah can compensate. However, a person is not so overwhelmed by eating and drinking that they are considered excused and given this concession. Therefore, breaking the fast by eating and drinking is a greater sin.
Remember that the hadith with لم يقض is not authentic, so objecting based on it is not correct. Only what is established in the hadith is accepted.
