When wiping the head in wudu, is it necessary for water to reach the scalp?
❀ Answer:
Wetness reaching the scalp is only required in ghusl. In wudu, the purpose of wiping the head is not to wet the scalp but rather to pass wet hands over the entire head. Therefore, it is not necessary for water to reach the scalp during wiping, nor is it practically possible in masah.
