If only young animals are available for sacrifice, what should one do? In the light of Hadith

This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Farooq Rafi Sahib's book Qurbani, Aqiqah, and Ashra Zil-Hijjah.

Do not sacrifice a sick animal

One who only has a two-humped animal should not slaughter it. On the day of Eid al-Adha, by following the prescriptions taught by the Prophet ﷺ—cutting hair, trimming nails, lowering the mustache, and shaving the hair below the navel—one can attain the full reward and merit of the sacrifice.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr رضي الله عنهما that the Noble Prophet ﷺ said:
أمرت بيوم الأضحى عيدا جعله الله لهذه الأمة، قال الرجل : أرأيت إن لم أجد إلا منيحة أنثى أ فأضحى بها، قال : لا ولٰكن تأخذ من شعرك وأظفارك و تقص شاربك، وتحلق عانتك، فتلك تمام أضحيتك عند الله
"I have been commanded to celebrate Eid on the day of Eid al-Adha, and Allah has made it an Eid for this Ummah." Someone asked: "Tell me! If I only find a two-humped goat, should I slaughter it?" He ﷺ said: "No, rather on the day of Eid, cut your hair, trim your nails, lower your mustache, and shave the hair below the navel; this act will be counted as your complete sacrifice in the sight of Allah."
