Taking a loan with interest from a bank is not permissible in Islam. Consequently, guaranteeing someone who takes such a loan is also impermissible. This is because it involves aiding in sin, which Allah has explicitly prohibited.
Allah Almighty states in the Qur'an:
"وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ"
(Translation: And do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.) [Al-Ma'idah: 2]
Guaranteeing such transactions equates to supporting an activity that is against Islamic teachings and incurs divine displeasure.
