This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai Rahimahullah's Book on the Rules and Issues of Qurbani.
On the day of Qurbani, it is Sunnah to first cook and eat the liver:
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Buraidah bin Hushaib رضي الله عنه that
أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان لا يخرج يوم الفطر حتى يطعم، ولا يأكل يوم الأضحى حتى يرجع، فيأكل من كبد أضحيته
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not go out for the Eid al-Fitr prayer without eating, and on the day of Eid al-Adha, he would not eat anything until he returned and ate the liver of his sacrificial animal.

Ali bin Ahmad bin Abdan:
The current Amir of Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen, Ishtiaq Ahmad Sahib, writes: "It is not known who Ali bin Ahmad bin Abdan is."

Now observe the authentication of this narrator:
Khatib Baghdadi said: كان ثقة

Abdul Ghaffar bin Ismail Al-Farsi said: المحدث ابن المحدث وهو على الجملة من كبار المحدثين المكثرين سماعا ورواية
Al-Dhahabi said: وكان ثقة

Abu al-Hasan Ahmad bin Ubaid bin Ismail al-Saffar:
The current leader of the Nomolo Registered sect, Mr. Ishtiaq, in an extreme display of ignorance writes:
"Ahmad bin Ubaid is also discussed, only Ibn Hibban has called him trustworthy according to his habit (Tahdhib)."

Mr. Ishtiaq writes: "Ahmad bin Ubaid is also discussed, only Ibn Hibban has called him trustworthy according to his habit."
The above statement by Ishtiaq Ahmad is the height of ignorance and outright falsehood. Imam Ibn Hibban neither mentioned Ahmad bin Ubaid in his book Al-Thiqat nor can any knowledgeable person familiar with the four major books of Ilm al-Rijal and Tahdhib al-Tahdhib find him in Tahdhib. If Mr. Ishtiaq shows the biography of this narrator in Tahdhib Ibn Hajar or Thiqat Ibn Hibban, we will gladly send two copies of our book as a gift.
Khatib Baghdadi said: كان ثقة ثبتا صنف المسند وجوده.

Abdul Ghani bin Saeed Al-Hafiz said: ”ثقه نبيل“

Ibn Nasir al-Din said: ”وكان ثقة نبيلا أحد حفاظ عصره.“

Abu Amr Muslim bin Ibrahim Al-Azdi Al-Farahidi Al-Basri:
He is trustworthy and an Imam. Sam’ani said: ”من الثقات المتقنين.“

Thawab bin Utbah Al-Mahri Al-Basri:
The majority have authenticated him.

➊ Ibn Ma'in: Trustworthy

Imam Abu al-Fadl Abbas ibn Muhammad al-Duri said:
سمعت يحيى يقول ثواب بن عتبة شيخ صدق .
Then Imam Abu al-Fadl al-Duri said:
فإن كنت كتبت عن أبى زكريا فيه شيئا أنه ضعيف فقد رجع أبو زكريا وهذا هو القول الأخير من قوله

Meaning this narrator is considered truthful and good in hadith by Imam Ibn Ma'in.

معاصر عالم عبد الله بن يوسف البديع نے كها: يظهر لي أنهــمــا أنكرا مـا فى الكتاب من توثيق يحيى، لعلمهما أن الدوري إنما سمع من يحيى تضعيفه ، كما يدل عليه قول الدوري فى موضع آخر.

➍ Muhammad ibn Tahir al-Maqdisi: وثواب يعرف بهذا الحديث، وهو ضعيف

According to Muhammad ibn Tahir al-Maqdisi, Ibn 'Adi said لا يلحقه ضعف, therefore Muhammad ibn Tahir al-Maqdisi was mistaken, and Allah knows best.
Al-Dhahabi: ”فيه لين “

But the narration of this narrator was also called authentic. Therefore, Al-Dhahabi's authentication and criticism are invalid.
Ibn Hajar: ”مقبول“

When authentication is established, ignorance is not considered criticism.Abdullah ibn Buraidah:
He was trustworthy and a great muhaddith.
