Dream Interpretation: Glad Tidings of a Famous and Beneficial Child
Source: Aḥkām wa Masāʾil in the Light of Qur’an and Hadith, Vol. 1, p. 557
Question:
A pregnant woman saw the following dream:
“A camel, skinned, was propped upright with a stick against its belly. Meanwhile, eagles descended from above and tore off and ate all its flesh. Then its neck broke with a loud crack, the sound of which was heard far and wide.”
Kindly provide guidance regarding this dream.
Answer:
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd!
According to my limited knowledge, the interpretation of this dream is as follows:
❀ Allah Almighty will grant this woman a child, either now or in the future.
❀ This child will become very famous in worldly terms.
❀ People of the world will benefit greatly from him.
In shāʾ Allāh Tabāraka wa Taʿālā.
Hādhā mā ʿindī wallāhu aʿlam bis-ṣawāb.
