Does touching meat, blood, and skin affect ablution?

This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai Rahimahullah's Book on the Rules and Issues of Qurbani.

Touching raw meat does not break wudu:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) passed by a boy who was skinning a goat (after slaughtering it). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Step back, I will show you how to skin it." Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) inserted his hand between the meat and the skin and pushed his hand into the skin until it reached the armpit. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) went away and led the prayer.

The respected father, may Allah have mercy on him, says in the lessons of Abi Dawood:
سلخ يسلخ means skinning.
➋ How excellent a teacher the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was! A companion said: "I have never seen a better teacher than you, neither before nor after."
Reference: (Sahih Muslim: 537)

➌ That boy probably did not know how to skin properly. Whoever does not know the method may get cuts. Sometimes he injures his own hand, sometimes the leather or the meat gets cut. Therefore, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I will show you the method."
➍ The strength of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was very great.
➎ It is established that the Prophet (peace be upon him) neither washed his hand nor performed ablution. He did not even touch water.
➏ Two narrators report this hadith as mursal (disconnected), and the one who reports it as connected had some doubt whether he heard it from Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) or not. However, there is evidence supporting this narration, which also makes it authentic.
➐ From this hadith, the issue under the chapter is established that if raw meat touches the hand, wudu (ablution) is not broken. Washing the hand is not necessary, although it is better to wash because sometimes blood or grease may stick to the hands.
