حـــکم البــراء عن الفســـاق و الفـــجــــــار
The people of faith are commanded to disassociate from the sinful and wicked.
[وَ لَا تَکُوۡنُوۡا کَالَّذِیۡنَ نَسُوا اللّٰہَ فَاَنۡسٰہُمۡ اَنۡفُسَہُمۡ ؕ اُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ]
(O you who have believed!) Do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.

Disavowal and Expression of Hatred towards the Innovators against Allah and His Messenger ﷺ.
[عن علي بن أبي طالب رضی اللہ عنہ قال: قال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم، لعن الله من ذبح لغير الله، ولعن الله من سرق منار الأرض، ولعن الله من لعن والده، ولعن الله من آوى محدثا]
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah has cursed the one who sacrifices an animal in the name of other than Allah, who alters the boundaries of the land, who curses his father, and who gives refuge to an innovator.

[عن إبراهيم بن ميسرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "من وقر صاحب بدعةٍ فقد أعان على هدم الإسلام]
Hazrat Ibrahim bin Misrah (may Allah have mercy on him) said the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever honors an innovator has helped to overthrow Islam.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) disavowal and hatred towards the innovators.
[عن نافع، أن ابن عمر جاءه رجل، فقال: إن فلانا يقرأ عليك السلام ، فقال له: إنه بلغني أنه قد أحدث، فإن كان قد أحدث، فلا تقرئه مني السلام]
It is narrated from Hazrat Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man came to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) and said: So-and-so person has sent his greetings to you. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: I have heard that he has innovated in religion; if this is true, then do not convey my greetings to him.

The people of faith should stay away from the gatherings of sinful and immoral people and should not accept their invitations, etc.
[أن عمر بن الخطاب، قال: يا أيها الناس، إني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فلا يقعدن على مائدة يدار عليها بالخمر]
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) once said in a speech: O people! I have heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say that whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not sit at a table where wine is served.

[عن ابن عباس، يقول: إن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، نهى عن طعام المتباريين أن يؤكل]
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade eating the food of those who compete with each other in boasting.
