This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Ghulam Mustafa Zaheer Amanpuri's book The Shariah Status of Blessings.
It is not established that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ drank the urine of any companion; all narrations regarding this are weak and unproven. The research is presented here;
It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Ayman رضي الله عنها that one night the Prophet ﷺ got up and went to a clay pot and urinated in it. That same night I woke up and was thirsty. I drank what was in it. When morning came, I informed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about this incident, and he ﷺ said:
"Beware! Indeed, you will never suffer from stomach illness after this."

The chain of narration is invalid and confused. Abd al-Malik ibn Husayn Abu Malik al-Nakha'i is abandoned.

❀ Imam Darqutni رحمه الله says:
[أبو مالك ضعيف، والاضطراب فيه من جهته]
Abu Malik is weak, and the confusion in this hadith is from him.
Reference: ‘Ilal ad-Darqutni: 4106
Warning:
In the chain of Abu Ya'la, the link of Abu Malik al-Nakha'i has been omitted. The evidence for this is:
① Among the teachers of Abu Malik al-Nakha'i is Ya'la ibn 'Ata, and among the students of Ya'la ibn 'Ata is Abu Malik al-Nakha'i.
② Imam al-Daraqutni, may Allah have mercy on him, also based this narration on Abu Malik al-Nakha'i.
Reference: ʿIlal al-Daraqutni: 4106
③ Hafiz Ibn Hajar, may Allah have mercy on him, also mentioned the link of Abu Malik al-Nakha'i in the chain of Ibn Sakan, may Allah have mercy on him.
Reference: Al-Iṣābah fī Tamyīz al-Ṣaḥābah: 433/4, Imtāʿ
④ Hafiz al-Suyuti, may Allah have mercy on him, says:
Abu Ya'la, Hakim, Daraqutni, and Abu Nu'aym narrated it from Umm Ayman, may Allah be pleased with her.
Reference: Al-Khaṣāʾiṣ al-Kubrā lil-Bayhaqi: 252/2
Hafiz al-Suyuti, may Allah have mercy on him, is indicating that this chain is the same, which depends on Abu Malik al-Nakha'i, who is abandoned, and also the hearing from Umm Ayman, may Allah be pleased with her, by al-Walid ibn 'Abd al-Rahman is required. Except for Abu Ya'la, in all others there is a discontinuity between Yahya al-Anzi and Umm Ayman, may Allah be pleased with her.

In one narration it is:
After that, the lady did not fall ill until the time of death.

The chain of narration is weak.
① It is a narration from Imam Abdul Razzaq.
② Ibn Jurayj is a fabricator, the informant is unknown and anonymous.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah رضي الله عنهما that the Prophet ﷺ went to relieve himself, and I thought:
[لعل الله يطلعني على ما خرج من جوفه فآكله فرأيت الأرض بيضاء فقلت: يا رسول الله أما كنت توضأت؟ قال: بلى ولكنا معشر النبيين أمرت الأرض أن تواري ما خرج منا من الغائط والبول]
Perhaps Allah Almighty will inform me of the Prophet’s ﷺ excrement and I will eat it, but when I looked, the ground was clean and tidy. I said: O Messenger of Allah! Did you not relieve yourself? He said: Yes, I did relieve myself, but the earth is commanded to conceal the excrement and urine of us the Prophets.

The chain of narration is very weak.
① There is no authentication for Abdullah bin Laith Al-Istrabazi.
② Ishaq bin Salat is an unreliable narrator, and his authentication is not established.
Hafiz Dhahabi رحمه الله says:
He (Ishaq bin Salat) has narrated a severely rejected narration attributed to Imam Malik رحمه الله. The chain here is "Muzlim" (obscure).

It is narrated from Umaymah bint Raqeeq (may Allah be pleased with her):
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had a wooden bowl in which he used to urinate, and then it was placed under the cot. A woman named 'Barkah' came. She had come from Abyssinia with Sayyida Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her). She drank from that bowl. Sayyida Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) asked her, and she said: I have drunk it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: You have obtained protection from the fire, or he said: You have made a shield, or something similar.

The chain of narration is weak. Hakimah bint Umaymah is unknown; she is only mentioned by Ibn Hibban (may Allah have mercy on him)

❀ Hafiz Saheeli, may Allah have mercy on him (581 AH), says:
[إن دم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يخالف دم غيره في التحريم وكذاك بوله]
The blood of the Holy Prophet ﷺ is not forbidden like the blood of others; the same ruling applies to his urine.
Reference: Al-Rawd al-Anf: 471/5
❀ Allama Hussain bin Muhammad al-Diyarbakri (966 AH) writes:
[طهارة دمه وبوله وغائطه ويستشفى بها]
The blood and excretions of the Prophet ﷺ are pure, and healing was obtained from them.
Reference: Tarikh al-Khamis: 218/1
This statement is erroneous and also exaggerated. There is no authentic evidence for it; none of the predecessors of the Ummah made such a claim, although they were the best acquainted with the life of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. Moreover, it is not established from any companion that they ate or drank the blood or excretions of the Holy Prophet ﷺ for obtaining healing or blessings.
