It is not proven that any Companion drank the blood of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. A brief and concise commentary on the arguments presented on this matter is as follows:
Argument No. ①
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the Battle of Uhud, the blessed forehead of the Prophet ﷺ was wounded. Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri’s father, Malik bin Sinan (may Allah be pleased with him), came to the Prophet ﷺ. He wiped the blood from the blessed face of the Prophet ﷺ and then swallowed that blood. The Prophet ﷺ said:
[من سره أن ينظر إلى من خالط دمي فلينظر إلى مالك بن سنان]
Whoever wishes to see the person whose blood has mixed with my blood, let him look at Malik bin Sinan.

He was asked, "Are you drinking blood?" He said, "Yes! I am drinking the blood of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." The Noble Prophet ﷺ said:
[خالط دمي بدمه، لا تمسه النار]
