Can we take knowledge from Abdulrahman Hassan & Tim Humble from AMAU?

Solution
I wanted to ask if we can we take knowledge from Abdulrahman Hassan & Tim Humble from AMAU as I see alot of controversy regarding them
I have never heard any of their lectures or read their material, so I cannot comment on them specifically.

However, there is a clear method to judge whether anyone is upon the beliefs of Ahl al Sunnah and Ahl al Hadith.

The way to determine a person's creed is to examine how they explain the ayat and ahadith related to the Names and Attributes of Allah.

This is one of the strongest indicators of a person's manhaj.

Among the clearest verses to check is the statement of Allah:

الرَّحْمَٰنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَى
The Most Merciful rose over the al-arsh.

The explanation of such verses will show whether a person follows the path of the Salaf or not.

The primary test is to check their explanation of:

• Istawa
• Nuzool
• Yad
• Wajh
• Kalam of Allah

and all other sifat mentioned in Qur’an and Sunnah.

If they affirm the attributes as the Salaf affirmed them, without figurative interpretation, then this aligns with Ahl al Sunnah.
If they distort, deny, or reinterpret them, then this contradicts the Salafi creed.
