❖ Reference of Hadith
Narrated by Abu Qilabah:Malik bin Huwairith came to our mosque and led us in prayer. He said:
"I am leading you in prayer not because I intend to pray, but to show you how I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray."
Ayyub said: I asked Abu Qilabah, “How was his prayer?” He replied: “Like the prayer of this elder of ours,” referring to Amr ibn Salamah.
Ayyub continued: “This elder used to complete the Takbir, and when he raised his head after the second prostration, he would sit down and rely on the ground before standing up.”

❖ Key Lessons
❖
It is completely permissible to arrange practical sessions or workshops to teach the correct method of Salah. The companions themselves demonstrated this by teaching the Ummah exactly how they observed the Prophet ﷺ praying.
❖

Mosques can serve as the most suitable centers for such prayer correction training, as it was practiced by the companions.
❖

When a learned visitor arrives at a mosque, he may lead the prayer with the consent of the local Imam. This ensures harmony and respect for the established leadership of the mosque.
❖

It is Sunnah to sit briefly (known as “Jalsat al-Istirahah”) after the second Sajdah before rising for the next Rak'ah. This sitting should be done calmly, using the hands on the ground to support oneself when standing.
❖

- Rising immediately after Sajdah without sitting is against the Sunnah.
- Using the knees to push oneself up directly is also not in accordance with the Prophetic practice.
