Is it permissible for me to take pills that stop menstruation in the last part of Ramadan so that I can complete the fasts for the remaining days?
If the intention is to perform a good deed, then it is permissible to take medication that stops menstruation. If you have the intention to be able to fast at the appointed times and perform congregational prayers, such as Taraweeh prayers, and to recite the Quran as much as possible during the blessed days, then there is no harm in taking these pills with that intention, even if your intention is simply to complete the fasts so that the obligation of fasting is fulfilled.
