Ruling on Making Up Missed Duha (Forenoon) Prayer

If the time for Duha prayer ends, can this prayer be made up later or not?
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ʾammā baʿd!
When the time for Duha prayer has passed, it should not be made up. In such a case, the prayer is considered missed, because Duha prayer is tied to a specific time. Once that time ends, performing this prayer is no longer possible.
In contrast, Sunnah Mu’akkadah prayers and Witr can be made up, because they are connected to the obligatory prayers.
The evidence is the action of the Prophet ﷺ:
«وَکَانَ إِذَا غَلَبَه النَوْمُ أَو الْمَرَضُ فِی اللَّیْلِ، صَلّٰی مِنَ النَّهَارِ ثِنْتَیْ عَشْرَةَ رَکْعَةً»
(Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, Kitāb Ṣalāt al-Musāfirīn, Bāb Jāmiʿ Ṣalāt al-Layl, ḥadīth no. 746)
“And when the Prophet ﷺ was prevented from performing night prayer due to sleep or illness, he would pray twelve rakʿahs during the day.”
Based on this principle, making up Witr is also considered necessary.
