Answer:
Yes, those who are sincere can be safe from Satan.
Satan himself said:
قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٨٢﴾ إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ الْمُخْلَصِينَ ﴿٨٣
"[Iblīs] said: 'By Your might, I will surely mislead them all, except among them Your chosen servants.'"
[Ṣād: 82–83]
It is narrated in Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī:
"إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ إِذَا عُرِجَ بِرُوحِهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ، قَالَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ! نَجَا هَذَا الْعَبْدُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ، يَا وَيْحَهُ كَيْفَ نَجَا؟"
"When a servant’s soul is raised to the heavens, the angels, in astonishment, say: 'Subḥān Allāh! This servant has escaped Satan. Woe, how did he manage to escape?'"
This clearly indicates that only the sincere and chosen servants of Allah are saved from the deceit and traps of Satan.
