✿ Prophetic Supplications for Love and Tranquility in Married Life ✿

The Qur’an and Hadith contain numerous Masnoon (prophetic and recommended) supplications that help in avoiding domestic conflicts and marital disputes. These duʿās serve as powerful means for a husband to seek Allah’s assistance, bringing about tenderness, love, and obedience in the heart of the wife. When invoked with sincerity, these supplications can become a source of peace and blessings in the home through Allah’s mercy.
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ زَوْجًا صَالِحَةً تَكُونُ قُرَّةَ عَيْنٍ لِي وَتُعِينُنِي عَلَىٰ أَمْرِ دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ
(O my Lord! Grant me from Yourself a righteous wife, who may be the comfort of my eyes and assist me in matters of my religion and worldly life.)
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
(O our Lord! Grant us from our wives and children the comfort of our eyes and make us leaders for the righteous.)
(Al-Furqan: 74)
اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي زَوْجِي، وَاجْعَلْهَا مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ، وَابْعِدْ عَنْهَا كُلَّ شَرٍّ وَفِتْنَةٍ
(O Allah! Rectify my wife for me, include her among the righteous women, and keep all evil and trials away from her.)
اللَّهُمَّ أَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِنَا وَأَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ
(O Allah! Unite our hearts, reconcile our affairs, and guide us to the paths of peace.)
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ زَوْجَتِي مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً كَمَا جَعَلْتَ بَيْنَ آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ
(O Allah! Place love and mercy between me and my wife, just as You placed between Adam and Hawwa.)
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ زَوْجَتِي مُطِيعَةً لِي فِي مَا يُرْضِيكَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي مُحِبًّا لَهَا وَرَحِيمًا بِهَا
(O Allah! Make my wife obedient to me in matters that please You, and make me loving and compassionate toward her.)
اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِ زَوْجَتِي وَاجْعَلْهَا قَانِتَةً تَقِيَّةً وَزَكِّي نَفْسَهَا وَأَصْلِحْ خُلُقَهَا
(O Allah! Guide my wife, make her devout and pious, purify her soul, and rectify her character.)
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ زَوْجَتِي لِي كَمَا تُحِبُّ وَاجْعَلْنِي لَهَا كَمَا تُحِبُّ وَتَرْضَىٰ
(O Allah! Make my wife for me as You love, and make me for her as You love and are pleased with.)
اللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ زَوْجَتِي وَبَيْنَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ
(O Allah! Distance my wife from Satan just as You have distanced the East from the West.)
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ زَوْجَتِي لِي خَيْرَ مُعِينٍ فِي الدِّينِ وَالدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ
(O Allah! Make my wife the best helper for me in religion, worldly affairs, and the Hereafter.)
These blessed and time-tested prophetic supplications are extremely effective in fostering love, guidance, reconciliation, and blessings between a husband and wife. One should recite them with a sincere heart, and always turn to Allah in prayer for peace and prosperity in married life. ◈ Supplications from the Qur’an
① Duʿā for a Righteous and Pious Wife
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ زَوْجًا صَالِحَةً تَكُونُ قُرَّةَ عَيْنٍ لِي وَتُعِينُنِي عَلَىٰ أَمْرِ دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ

② Duʿā for Love and Tranquility in the Home

(O Allah! Unite our hearts, reconcile our affairs, and guide us to the paths of peace.)
⑤ Duʿā to Instill Love in the Wife's Heart
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ زَوْجَتِي مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً كَمَا جَعَلْتَ بَيْنَ آدَمَ وَحَوَّاءَ

⑧ Duʿā for Love and Blessings in the Marital Relationship
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ زَوْجَتِي لِي كَمَا تُحِبُّ وَاجْعَلْنِي لَهَا كَمَا تُحِبُّ وَتَرْضَىٰ
(O Allah! Make my wife for me as You love, and make me for her as You love and are pleased with.)
⑨ Duʿā for Protection of Wife from Satan's Influence
اللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ زَوْجَتِي وَبَيْنَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ
