Yes, the scholars are in agreement that after the Qur’an, the most authentic book is Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhari.
❀ ʿAllamah Ahmad Sirhindi al-Hanafi (رح, d. 1034H) wrote:
صحيح البخاري الذى هو أصح كتاب بعد كتاب الله
"Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhari is the most authentic book after the Book of Allah."
