Analysis of Atheism Among Qadianis, Shias, and Sunni Atheists
✒ Based on the writings of Hafiz Zubair and Sauban Tabish
In the Christian religion, God is referred to as "Yahweh", not "Allah". The Jews hold the same belief. Among Christians, some even worship ʿĪsā عليه السلام, believing him to be God.
Certain Christian scholars hold highly biased and hostile views about Islam. Some have even claimed that the mention of Satan in the Bible is actually a reference to the Muslim concept of Allah (نعوذبالله).
These prejudiced individuals often join the ranks of atheists, where they spew venom against Islam, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and Islamic beliefs.
In Pakistan, atheism is most prevalent among Qadiani individuals. This is due to their religion's failure to satisfy its followers on intellectual grounds.
Adherents of Christianity and Qadianism are often kept unfamiliar with their own religious texts. Those who pursue research tend to lean toward atheism.
Such individuals are generally left with only two options:
① Accept Islam, which proves difficult due to personal egos and deep-rooted hatred.
② Become atheists, vocally abusing Islam and Muslims, while outwardly remaining attached to their religion to avoid societal and economic backlash.
Among Shia groups, there exist some with radical beliefs, such as:
✔ Believing ʿAlī رضي الله عنه to be God (نعوذبالله).
✔ Claiming that Prophethood should have been granted to ʿAlī instead of Muhammad ﷺ (نعوذباللہ).
Those with such ideologies often engage in taqiyya (religious dissimulation) on social media and collaborate with atheists in spreading anti-Islamic propaganda.
Most atheists found on platforms like Facebook come from specific religious backgrounds and, under the guise of atheism, target other religions to defend their former belief systems.
✔ Sunni Atheists: Criticize Ahl al-Bayt.
✔ Shia Atheists: Show disrespect toward the Mothers of the Believers.
✔ Qadiani Atheists: Criticize the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, yet remain soft on Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani.
These so-called atheists are unable to detach from their previous religious identities and continue to mislead others based on their inherited ideologies.
It is evident that most so-called atheists are not driven by reason or intellect, but rather by personal prejudice and reactionary motives rooted in their former religious affiliations. Their atheism is not based on a genuine intellectual pursuit, but rather a manifestation of internal conflicts, hatred, and identity crises.
