Will a person who assists a zāniyah (fornicating woman) be considered sinful?
Undoubtedly, he will be sinful.
وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ
Sūrah al-Mā’idah: 2
Translation:
"And do not assist one another in sin and transgression."
➤ Assisting in sin—whether directly or indirectly—is prohibited in Islam.
➤ One who supports or facilitates fornication (zinā) or any sinful act is clearly sinful, as per the explicit command of the Qur’ān.
➤ Such cooperation falls under the category of collaboration in evil, which is strictly forbidden.
