This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Hussain bin Mubarak Al-Mosuli's Arabic book Al-Awamer wal-Nawahi, which was translated into Urdu by Muhammad Sarwar Gohar under the title Ahkamat o Mamnooat.
① It is narrated from Sayyiduna Muawiyah رضي الله عنه that he wrote a letter to Sayyida Aisha رضي الله عنها asking her to write him an advisory letter, but not too long. So she wrote a letter.
From Sayyida Aisha رضي الله عنها to Sayyiduna Muawiyah رضي الله عنه:
Peace be upon you. As for what follows! I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم say:
من التمس رضا الله بسخط الناس كفاه الله مؤنة الناس ، و من أرضى الناس بسخط الله وكله الله إلى الناس
“Whoever seeks the pleasure of Allah by displeasing people, then Allah suffices him regarding the care of the people; and whoever pleases people by displeasing Allah, then Allah entrusts him to the people. And peace be upon you.”

The narrator states, Sayyida Aisha رضي الله عنها said: O Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم, why?
"They will enter Paradise forty years before the wealthy people. O Aisha رضي الله عنها! Do not let any poor person return empty-handed, even if it is just a piece of a date. Love the poor and keep them close, on the Day of Resurrection Allah will grant you nearness."
