Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad, peace be upon him), establishes prayer, and fasts during Ramadan, then it is obligatory upon Allah to admit him into Paradise. Whether he fought in the way of Allah or remained sitting in the land where he was born." The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "O Messenger of Allah! Should we not give glad tidings to the people?" He (peace be upon him) said: "Paradise has one hundred levels, which Allah has prepared for those who strive in His cause. The distance between two levels is like the distance between the heaven and the earth. When you ask Allah, then ask Him for Al-Firdaus, for it is the middle of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise." (Yahya bin Salih said) I think it was said: "Above it is the Throne of Allah, and from it flow the rivers of Paradise."

Explanation
If a person does not get the opportunity to actively participate in Jihad but fulfills his obligations and dies in that state, he will also receive Paradise in the Hereafter, but his rank will be lower than that of the Mujahideen. The Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, were very pleased with this statement of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and they said: This good news should also be conveyed and told to the common people.
