Ruling on a Woman's Control Over Her Wealth​

A mature and intelligent woman has absolute authority over her wealth. She has the right to give charity or use her wealth in any permissible manner without restrictions.

Her financial decisions do not require the permission of her husband or guardian (Wali), as supported by numerous evidences.
