Answer: There is no authentic narration regarding this.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Buraydah
I was sitting with the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: Learn Surah Al-Baqarah! Learning it is a source of blessing, and abandoning it is a cause of regret. The magic of a sorcerer cannot affect it. The Prophet ﷺ remained silent for a moment, then said: Learn Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Aal-e-Imran! These are lights; on the Day of Resurrection, they will provide shade over their reciters like clouds or umbrellas, or like flocks of birds lined up in rows. On the Day of Judgment, the grave of the Quran reciter will split open, and the Quran will meet him in the form of a weak and feeble (or sad) man and ask: Do you recognize me? The reciter will reply: No. The Quran will say: I am the Quran. I kept you thirsty in the heat, kept you awake at night. Every merchant trades to gain profit, but today you have become independent of all trades. Therefore, the reciter will be given the certificate of kingship in his right hand and the certificate of eternity in his left hand, he will be crowned with honor and dignity, and his parents will be dressed in two precious garments, before which the worldly possessions will seem insignificant. The reciter’s parents will ask: Why have we been given these garments? It will be told to them: Because your son learned the Quran. Then the reciter will be told: Continue reciting the Quran and ascend the high ranks of Paradise; thus, as long as he continues to recite, he will keep ascending the ranks, whether he recites quickly or slowly.

The chain of narration is weak. Basheer bin Muhajir Ghannawi is considered weak by the majority, and he also narrated rejected reports.
After mentioning the above hadith, Hafiz Aqili (may Allah have mercy on him) says:
No hadith from the Prophet ﷺ is established in this chapter. All the chains of narration are nearly weak.
