❀ Four Rakʿāt Before Ẓuhr ❀
Abū Ayyūb al-Anṣārī (رضي الله عنه) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"The gates of heaven are opened for the four rakʿāt before Ẓuhr."
(Abū Dāwūd, 1270 – graded ḥasan by al-Albānī without the addition "without salām in between")
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Whoever prays four rakʿāt of Duḥā and four before Ẓuhr, a house will be built for him in Paradise."

ʿAbdullāh ibn al-Sā’ib (رضي الله عنه) said:
"The Prophet ﷺ used to pray four rakʿāt after the sun had passed its zenith and before Ẓuhr, and would say: ‘Indeed, at this time the gates of heaven are opened, and I love that a good deed of mine be raised at that moment.’"

❀ Four Rakʿāt After Ẓuhr ❀
Umm al-Mu’minīn Umm Ḥabībah (رضي الله عنها) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said:
"Whoever maintains four rakʿāt before Ẓuhr and four after it, Allah will forbid the Hellfire for him."
(Abū Dāwūd, 1269)
❀ Four Rakʿāt Before ʿAṣr ❀
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"May Allah have mercy on one who prays four rakʿāt before ʿAṣr."
(al-Tirmidhī, 430; Abū Dāwūd, 1271 – authenticated by Ibn Khuzaymah, Ibn Ḥibbān, and al-Nawawī)
ʿAlī (رضي الله عنه) said:
"The Prophet ﷺ would pray four before ʿAṣr, sitting after the second rakʿah for tashahhud and supplication, then giving salām."
(al-Tirmidhī, 492 – graded ḥasan)
❀ Two Rakʿāt Before Maghrib ❀
ʿAbdullāh al-Muzanī (رضي الله عنه) reported:
"Pray before Maghrib, pray before Maghrib," and on the third time the Prophet ﷺ said: "For whoever wishes," not liking that people take it as an obligatory Sunnah.

Anas (رضي الله عنه) said:
"When the mu’adhdhin called the adhān for Maghrib, we would rush to the pillars and pray two rakʿāt. So many prayed them that a newcomer would think the prayer had already been held."
(Muslim, 837)
ʿUqbah ibn ʿĀmir (رضي الله عنه) said:
"We used to pray them during the time of the Prophet ﷺ."
(al-Bukhārī, 1184)
❀ Sunnah After Jumuʿah ❀
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"When you pray after Jumuʿah, pray four rakʿāt."
(Muslim, 881)
ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿUmar (رضي الله عنهما) used to pray two rakʿāt at home after Jumuʿah, saying:
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do so."
(al-Bukhārī, 937; Muslim, 882)
❀ Sunnah of Fajr ❀
ʿĀ’ishah (رضي الله عنها) said:
"The two rakʿāt of Fajr are better than the world and what it contains, and they are more beloved to me than the whole world."
(Muslim, 725)
ʿĀ’ishah (رضي الله عنها) also said:
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was never more regular in any Sunnah than in the two rakʿāt before Fajr."
(al-Bukhārī, 1169; Muslim, 724)
Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī (رضي الله عنه) reported:
"Allah has added for you a prayer better than red camels — the two rakʿāt before Fajr."
(al-Albānī, al-Silsilah al-Ṣaḥīḥah, 1141)
ʿĀ’ishah (رضي الله عنها) said:
"The Prophet ﷺ never left the two rakʿāt before Fajr, whether at home or while traveling."
(al-Albānī, al-Silsilah al-Ṣaḥīḥah, 2705)
❀ Lying on the Right Side After Fajr Sunnah ❀
When the Prophet ﷺ prayed the two rakʿāt before Fajr:
"He would lie on his right side."
(al-Bukhārī, 626; Muslim, 736)
Ibn Ḥajar said:
"Some of the Salaf preferred doing this at home, not in the mosque, as it is not reported that the Prophet ﷺ did it in the mosque."
