Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

7. We have never heard of this in the recent religion [7]. This is nothing but an invented fabrication.

[7] That is, in the recent past, our own elders have passed, Jews and Christians are also present in our country and in neighboring countries. Iran, Iraq, and Eastern Arabia are filled with Magians. None of them have ever told us that man should believe in only one Allah and not acknowledge anyone else. The world acknowledges the powers of Allah’s beloved ones, and those who benefit from them testify that, indeed, people’s difficulties are resolved and needs are fulfilled at these shrines. So then, who relies solely on Allah alone? Therefore, it appears that this is merely a fabricated statement, and its real purpose is that we should obey them and that he should become our ruler.
