قُلْ إِنِّى لَآ أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا رَشَدًا ﴿21﴾
Say: "It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to bring you to the Right Path."
قُلْ qul Say
إِنِّى innī Indeed, I

أَمْلِكُ amliku possess
لَكُمْ lakum for you
ضَرًّۭا ḍarran any harm
وَلَا walā and not
رَشَدًۭا rashadan right path
