سُوْرَةُ الْحَآقَّةِ
Surah Al-Haaqqa (69) — Ayah 34
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ﴿34﴾

And urged not on the feeding of Al-Miskîn (the poor).

34. 1. That is, he neither fulfilled Allah's right through worship and obedience, nor did he fulfill the rights that are due from people to other people. Thus, it is as if the people of faith possess this comprehensiveness that they take care to fulfill both the rights of Allah and the rights of His servants.
