Surah Al-Muminoon (23) — Ayah 32

فَأَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِمْ رَسُولًا مِّنْهُمْ أَنِ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۥٓ ۖ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿32﴾
And We sent to them a Messenger from among themselves (saying): "Worship Allâh! You have no other Ilâh (God) but Him. Will you not then be afraid (of Him i.e. of His punishment because of worshipping others besides Him)?"
فَأَرْسَلْنَا fa-arsalnā And We sent
فِيهِمْ fīhim among them
رَسُولًۭا rasūlan a Messenger
مِّنْهُمْ min'hum from themselves
أَنِ ani [that]
ٱعْبُدُوا۟ uʿ'budū Worship
ٱللَّهَ l-laha Allah
مَا not
لَكُم lakum for you
مِّنْ min (is) any
إِلَـٰهٍ ilāhin god
غَيْرُهُۥٓ ۖ ghayruhu other than Him
أَفَلَا afalā Then will not
تَتَّقُونَ tattaqūna you fear

32-1. This Messenger too We sent from among them, whose upbringing took place among them, whom they knew very well, whose family, home, and place of birth they were familiar with in every way.

32-2. He came and first of all gave the same call to Tawheed which has always been the headline of the call and preaching of every Prophet.
