سُوْرَةُ طٰهٰ

Surah Taa-Haa (20) — Ayah 132

وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا ۖ لَا نَسْـَٔلُكَ رِزْقًا ۖ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ وَٱلْعَـٰقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ ﴿132﴾
And enjoin As-Salât (the prayer) on your family, and be patient in offering them [i.e. the Salât (prayers)]. We ask not of you a provision (i.e. to give Us something: money): We provide for you. And the good end (i.e. Paradise) is for the Muttaqûn (the pious - See V.2:2).
وَأْمُرْ wamur And enjoin
أَهْلَكَ ahlaka (on) your family
بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ bil-ṣalati the prayer
وَٱصْطَبِرْ wa-iṣ'ṭabir and be steadfast
عَلَيْهَا ۖ ʿalayhā therein
لَا Not
نَسْـَٔلُكَ nasaluka We ask you
رِزْقًۭا ۖ riz'qan (for) provision
نَّحْنُ naḥnu We
نَرْزُقُكَ ۗ narzuquka provide (for) you
وَٱلْعَـٰقِبَةُ wal-ʿāqibatu and the outcome
لِلتَّقْوَىٰ lilttaqwā (is) for the righteous[ness]

132. 1. In this address, the entire Ummah is subordinate to the Prophet ﷺ. That is, it is necessary for a Muslim to be punctual in prayer himself and also to keep urging his family members to perform prayer.
