Brief Explanation
1؎: The well-known recitation is «هل يستطيع ربك», that is, with a ya’ (ياء تحتانيہ) and a dammah over the ra’ (راء کے اوپر ضمہ), so the entire verse is as follows: «هل يستطيع ربك أن ينزل علينا مآئدة من السماء» (al-Ma’idah: 112). And the recitation mentioned in this hadith is that of Kisai. The meaning would be: "Are you able to ask your Lord?"

Explanation: 1: The well-known recitation is: ﴿هَلْيَسْتَطِيعُرَبُّكَ﴾, that is, with the ya’ (yā’ taḥtāniyyah) and the ra’ (rā’) having a ḍammah on top. The complete verse is as follows: ﴿هَلْيَسْتَطِيعُرَبُّكَأَنيُنَزِّلَعَلَيْنَامَآئِدَةًمِّنَالسَّمَاء﴾ (al-Ma’idah: 112), and the recitation mentioned in this hadith is that of Kisā’ī. The meaning will be: “Do you have the ability to ask your Lord?”
Note: (In the chain of narration, ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ziyād al-Ifriqī and Rushdīn ibn Sa‘d are weak narrators.)
