Hadith Commentary:
(1)
The meaning of "muhafala" is that a milking animal is not milked for a day or two so that the milk accumulates in its udders. When the buyer milks such an animal, due to the abundance of milk, he purchases the animal at a higher price. Later, he realizes that he has been deceived. Therefore, the Shariah has given him the option to return the sale within three days. If he wishes to return it, then to resolve the dispute, he should also give a measure (sa‘) of dates along with it.

(2)
The meaning of "talaqqi al-buyu‘" is that when a caravan brings merchandise from outside, before it reaches the market, city dwellers go out and buy the goods at a cheap price. The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) forbade doing this, the details of which have already been mentioned previously.
