أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، نا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يَقُولَانِ: «إِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلُ الْأَمَةَ وَهِيَ حُبْلَى لَمْ يَقْرَبْهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا»
Ibrahim Nakha'i and Hazrat Amir Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "One who buys a pregnant slave woman should not touch her until she gives birth."
