حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: نا عُبَيْدَةُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، مِثْلَهُ
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a time is fixed for divorce or emancipation, it takes effect."
