حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، «فِي الْأَمَةِ إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَنَكَحَهَا سَيِّدُهَا أَنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ»
Ibrahim and Sha'bi, may Allah have mercy on them, said that when a slave-girl is divorced and her master marries her, she will not be lawful for him until she marries another husband.
