وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَاهَا إِذَا خَلَعَهَا»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a woman seeks khul‘, then there is no harm if the husband wants to take more than what he had given her.
