كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2601

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: كَانَ يُقَالُ: «الْخُلْعُ مَا دُونَ عِقَاصِ الرَّأْسِ، وَقَدْ تَفْتَدِي الْمَرْأَةُ بِبَعْضِ مَالِهَا»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The matter of khul‘ is as insignificant as the cord of hair on the head (i.e., ‘aqeesah), and a woman can offer some of her wealth as ransom.
