حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَجْعَلُ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ عَلَى الْحُرِّ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: If the husband is free, then the slave woman does not have the right of option.
