كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
بَابُ الرَّجُلِ لَهُ أَرْبَعُ نِسْوَةٍ فَنَهَى وَاحِدَةً عَنِ الْخُرُوجِ، فَوَجَدَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَائِهِ قَدْ خَرَجَتْ، فَقَالَ: فُلَانَةُ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، أَيَّتُهُنَّ تُطَلَّقُ مِنْهُ؟Chapter: A man has four wives, forbids one from going out, finds one of his wives has gone out, and says, "So-and-so, you are divorced"—which one is divorced?
Hadith 2354

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: " تُطَلَّقَانِ جَمِيعًا الَّتِي فِي الْبَيْتِ بِتَسْمِيَتِهِ إِيَّاهَا، وَالَّتِي خَرَجَتْ بِقَوْلِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ "
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Both divorces will take place, one by mentioning the name and the other by uttering the words of divorce.
