بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَمَعَهَا نِسَاءٌ فَوَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّChapter: A man marries a woman, enters upon her, and there are other women with her, and he has intercourse with one of them
Hadith 2192

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ وَالْحَارِثِ الْغَنَوِيِّ، فَتَذَاكَرُوا هَذَا الْبَابَ، فَقَالَ حُمَيْدٌ: «يُسْأَلَانِ الْبَيِّنَةَ، وَإِلَّا أُقِيمُ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ» . وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ الْغَنَوِيُّ: الْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهَا، وَلَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِمَا. فَبَيْنَا نَحْنُ كَذَلِكَ إِذْ أَقْبَلَ ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ فَقَالَ حُمَيْدٌ لِلْحَارِثِ: هَذَا ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ , وَهُوَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ , فَأَقْبَلَ ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ حَتَّى جَلَسَ، فَسَأَلَهُ حُمَيْدٌ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ بِقَوْلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
Hazrat Humaid Taveel and Harith Ghanawi (may Allah have mercy on them) differed on this matter. Humaid said: "Testimony should be brought, otherwise the hadd (punishment) will be applied." Harith said: "The woman's statement is credible, the hadd will not be applied." Then Ibn Shubruma came and was asked about it, and he supported the statement of Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him).
